GreatWater 360 Auto Care Adds 20 Shops In Third Quarter, Demonstrating Continued Growth Momentum

Recent additions include single-location shops, multi-shop groups, and a new Houston market entry while preserving local leadership and shop identity.

Grand Rapids, MI — October 1, 2026 — GreatWater 360 Auto Care (“GreatWater”) announced today that it added 20 automotive repair shops in the third quarter of 2026, reflecting the company’s continued ability to partner with both single-location operators and established multi-shop groups while preserving the local identities, teams, and customer relationships that made each business successful.

The recent additions include single-location shops such as RJ’s Auto Pros in Kent, OH; Coldwater Auto Service in Coldwater, MI; Lonsbury Garage in Angola, IN; and Brooks Auto Care in Indianapolis, IN; and most recently, Tony’s Brake & Alignment in Louisville, KY; O’Reilly Motor Cars in Milwaukee, WI; and Chuck’s Main Street Auto in Sussex, WI.

GreatWater also welcomed two shop groups in the quarter, including 1 Stop Auto Shop, a six-location group serving customers across central and southern Illinois, and Clutch Automotive, a seven-location group that marked GreatWater’s entry into the Houston market.

“GreatWater’s growth isn't limited to one type of acquisition,” said Jim Dykstra, Chief Executive Officer of GreatWater 360 Auto Care. “We can support a single-location owner thinking about the future of their shop, and we can also support operators who have built successful multi-location groups. What matters in every case is fit, quality, and our ability to carry forward what made the business successful.”

A Platform Built for Different Paths to Growth

GreatWater’s recent activity reflects the flexibility of its acquisition and integration model. The company continues to grow through a combination of respected single-location shops, regional multi-shop groups, and larger market-entry acquisitions.

That range is intentional. Single-location shops remain a critical part of independent auto repair and often represent decades of local trust, customer relationships, and owner-led leadership. Multi-shop groups bring additional scale, local market presence, and leadership experience that can strengthen GreatWater’s broader network.

In each case, GreatWater’s approach remains consistent: preserve the shop’s legacy, support the team in place, maintain customer continuity, and strengthen the business behind the scenes through a broader operating platform.

“Growth at this pace only works when the process is disciplined and the transition is thoughtful,” said Scott Anderson, President and Chief Operating Officer of GreatWater 360 Auto Care. “Whether we are onboarding one shop or a group of shops, the responsibility is the same. We need to understand what made the business successful, support the people who made it work, and connect the shops to resources that help them continue moving forward.”

Preserving Local Identity While Scaling Support

Each shop added during this period will continue operating under its established local name, with teams remaining in place and customers continuing to receive the familiar service they know and trust.

Behind the scenes, the shops gain access to GreatWater’s operating support platform, including resources across operations, recruiting, technician development, procurement, finance, marketing, technology, and training.

GreatWater’s recent growth also reinforced the importance of local leadership. In several cases, leaders from acquired businesses are continuing with GreatWater in roles that support integration, market growth, and continuity for shop teams.

“These businesses were built through years of hard work and local trust,” Dykstra said. “Our role isn't to erase that. It's to protect what made each shop successful while giving teams more support, structure, and opportunity for the future.”
